I am grateful to Pam for delivering this arrangement to me! I received it from a friend and it embodies the elements I enjoy most--balance and compassion. Moreover, it reminds me of tachibana. Staff and management are tremendously appreciated for the hard work going above and beyond to ensure my order was made and delivered with exceptional care. Rachelle is a kind hearted and an honest woman. I am so thankful for everything her team put together for my family. The basket is huge and actually exceeded my expectations. I can't say thank you enough and I cannot wait to hear back from the recipient as they really did convey how thankful I am to the recipient. Just wow. Just in awe. This is amazing.

Anytime I need to have flowers delivered in the Chico area, I always call this shop. It is always so hard to send something that you will likely never see - but you can trust that anything created here will be absolutely beautiful. Don't just order the pre-made bouquets you see either - let the florists design something for you - they are really creative and do a wonderful job. I posted a review about flowers I had ordered for my wife from Flowers by Rachelle today. After posting my disappointing review, I received a phone call from them immediately. They were sincerely concerned and accommodating in every way and replaced the previous bouquet of flowers we received. I have always received great service and product from them in the past. A dear friends father passed away & the services were scheduled on a day that my husband & I were unable to attend. We had talked about getting flowers early in the week, but life happened. Friday morning, in an absolute panic, I called nearly all flower shops in Chico to see if they could accommodate an extremely last minute request, and deliver 30+ miles away. I know, ridiculous. My experience with Flowers by Rachelle was amazing. I ordered flowers online to be sent to a friend's house after surgery. The delivery person called to tell me there was no one home and it was too warm to leave the flowers. Turns out my friend had to stay another night in the hospital. They called the next morning from the house because no one was there and then brought them to the hospital! They delivered the same flowers three times and did it gladly! My husband bought me a lovely arrangement for Valentine's Day so a few days later I wanted an African violet. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who texted me a picture of one so I wouldn't have to drive all the way down there to see if it was the color I wanted! Another time I went in there to see if I could buy some foil for a project. The gal went out of her way to order me exactly what I needed and could not find anywhere else! I highly recommend these folks! They are super helpful and friendly!
