So helpful when ordering flowers. We don't live in the Chico area but sent flowers and had 2 terrible experiences before calling flowers by Rachelle

Don't usually post reviews but I had to for this one...Ordered an arrangement for a client of mine at 10am for same day delivery and within the hour got a call from Rachelle that she doesn't have some of the flowers and gave me the options of choosing other flowers or delivering next day. Since I needed same day, I chose some of the other flowers she had and gave her the idea of what I was looking for and hoped she'd put a nice arrangement together. Absolutely beautiful floral arrangement was delivered to my sister in Enloe Hospital. The colors and quality of flowers are outstanding. Everyone coming into the room compliments and that includes the nurses and doctors!

Excellent service - quick, accurate, and with outstanding communication via email and phone. The arrangement we received is beautiful. My only small regret was that it was smaller than I realized it would be, so I should have upgraded, but that's probably my fault. I would definitely recommend them and will order from Flowers by Rachelle again.

I ordered a "designer's choice" bouquet as a "get well" yesterday, just before Noon. Within a couple of hours, my friend received a large, beautiful arrangement that far exceeded my expectations. Great service and value are hard to find nowadays but you won't be disappointed by Flowers By Rachelle.

Five Star Flower Shop! The team here is amazing from initial call in to them to final delivery of beautiful bouquets. I live in LA but send my mom flowers a few times per year and ONLY use Flowers by Rachelle! They put a lot of love into making their bouquets and it so very much shows to the purchaser and the recipient!!! Always a gorgeous arrangement and 150% satisfied every time!!!

These ladies are always so warm and helpful. My fiancé found this flower shop when I first moved to Chico a few years ago. He lives out of state, and would send bouquets through them for delivery to my home. he would always tell them what flowers I liked and give them a price points. The deliveries were always easy. They would call ahead of time so the flowers weren't sitting on my doorstep wilting. He was always thankful when I sent him pictures of how beautiful the bouquets were.
