Ordered a bouquet in September to be delivered to my Dad's friend in Magalia. Ordered online to be delivered that same day. Such great service & the arrangement was beautiful. So thankful to find a great business that takes care of their customers! Thank you!

This flower shop saved my a$$. Ordered from another shop on Sunday, Nov 1 only to be told today, Nov 3, that they couldn't deliver the arrangement as scheduled today, Nov 3. Searched like a mad woman and came across this shop. Luckily for me, they can do same day delivery if ordered before 12:00pm. I ordered at 11:44 am and received a call at 2:17 saying one of the flowers was not available and they will be replacing with another similar color/type of flower. The woman I spoke to was amazing! Rachelle is amazing!!! The flowers she and her team put together for our wedding were stunning and our guests are still talking about them. From the moment I connected with Rachelle she was very professional, talked me through different aspects of my inspiration photos, and helped me narrow in on exactly what I wanted. Rachelle did my wedding flowers and she was also my wedding coordinator. I cannot even imagine that day without her. She went above and beyond my expectations on both jobs. She has a great eye for detail and really knows her stuff. I had trouble finding a florist that delivered to Paradise these days. Flowers by Rachelle delivered the most amazing bouquet to my sister for her birthday, same day delivery. I called early, and they said they were getting a new shipment that am, so it would be in the afternoon. They were delivered by NOON! This is my go to flower shop. I have never been disappointed. I recently ordered flowers to brighten up my moms day after receiving the bad news of cancer. They were beautiful, and fresh. The flowers lasted well beyond my expectations. Tonight I was going through a memory book, and found a dried flower and card from Flowers By Rachelle that I sent to my mom in 2002! I'm from the Seattle area and I have contacted Rachelle's twice for flowers on a last minute's notice. She was able to deliver on time to Paradise and then some. I have been quite impressed with her service. Both times I have requested for florist's choice and gave her a price to work with. Beautiful arrangements! I highly recommend this flower shop!

I needed flowers for my sister in law for her birthday. They were able to find some red gerbera daisies, which are her favorite. They made a beautiful arrangement and delivered them. Super happy, and I highly recommend.
