Rachelle was wonderful to work with! When I first consulted with her for my wedding, I had no idea what my ideas were going to cost. She was realistic with me and didn't push me to go beyond my means. We reworked my plans and I ended up with the flowers that were most important to me, and I am so happy with how beautiful they turned out! I would recommend Rachelle and her team to anyone!
My friend in Chico was felling down, called Rachelle and with hours had the flowers at her job! Score big time!! Customer service and the daily deal combined will have me coming back time and time again!
The staff, and their products, are about as good as possible. And when I order for remote delivery, Rachelle staff work to find the best in that area. They always do an excellent job, with a smile and professionalism!
I am extremely satisfied with this location. I'm from out of town and wanted to send flowers to my friend since there had been a loss in her family. The lady on the phone was super friendly and very helpful. I am definitely going to use this florist again and will recommend to everyone I know. The bouquet was lovely. I'm in Hawaii and my mother-in-law lives in Butte Valley. I ordered it online and wasn't sure if it would arrive looking like the online picture. I have used this shop three times online and once in person. Online, I choose the florist's choice by price and it has always been beautiful and fresh! Delivery is awesome -- very fast to north Oroville from Chico. The last time I had a special request so I came in person and talked with Stephanie. She got what I was after right away and since I came a week in advance she was able to order some items to make it perfectly. It got rave reviews. I always recommend Flowers by Rachelle!
Got me out of the doghouse. I was able to pick something up right at the shop looked really good and they lasted a long time. Vastly superior over the grocery store.
