I have used Flowers By Rachelle on a number of occasions, and the service has been consistently excellent! The arrangements are done artfully, well color coordinated and the price is within a competitive range. The deliveries are on time and flowers are in tact! I have used Flowers by Rachelle for the last few years to deliver floral arrangements to friends and family in Chico (I’m out of state). I always choose the florists choice and have not been disappointed in any of the arrangements that have been delivered. Shoutout to Kylie for reaching out on a recent delivery as my friend wasn’t home and there were some wind gusts that concerned her if she left the arrangement on the front porch. Thank you for delivering later in the day and ensuring the flowers and vase stayed intact!
I called as soon as the shop opened this morning, as I live in SoCal. I asked if they would be able to make & deliver a floral arrangement for my sister’s birthday. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I will try to edit my post later, to include the sweet woman who took my order. She asked for the correct spellings of both my sister and my last names, asked for budget and color preferences, along with the occasion. Thank you to everyone there who worked on my wife's Birthday delivery. I had a hard time describing what I wanted but you managed to create the perfect arrangement. My wife absolutely LOVED it!
I've ordered a few items for my daughter and each one has been excellent. This last one I sent was a get well bouquet and since she hurt her back I sent the Barcalounger and all of the guys at her work have been getting a good laugh when she putts up the foot rest.
