Their communication and customer service is amazing! They had a great selection of arrangements to choose from and sent me a picture of the beautiful flowers! They are comparatively priced to other florists but their impeccable customer service makes them a great value!
I called to have flowers delivered to a family member and they were done right on time beautifully put together. I was given a picture of them before they were delivered and asked if they were all right and then they were delivered. Very good service. I live in another state so this was a shot in the dark and I'm certainly glad I called them. I found them on Yelp and decided to go with them because of Yelp.

I had the most amazing flower delivery from Flowers by Rachelle for my wedding party this weekend and they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. The bouquet's were very large and full of all of my favorite ones! The person who delivered them was also incredibly sweet and had the kindest energy. I would highly recommend ordering your flowers from Rachelle and I will definitely be ordering again in the future! 10 out of 10!!!!

wonderful experience! I ordered flowers (from florida) for my mom last night to be delivered (in chico) today and everything was flawless and the flowers are gorgeous. 10/10 experience!! She loved the arrangement, I chose "florist choice" and it was perfect for my 65 y/o mom:) ** i wanted to add that the woman who delivered them was so kind and polite to my parents, they both made mention of that. So once again from ordering online to in person delivery, it was all wonderful. I'll definitely be a repeat customer :)
