You know that artists are usually considered by most , those who use paint, pencil & canvas. Well, Rachael & her staff are artists by flowers! My daughter's birthday was coming up. I couldn't be there to help her celebrate. I found these on her website. I explained my girl lived the color orange. Absolutely the best customer service! Rachelle and her team helped me get flowers to my friend who was in the hospital. My friend got discharged the night before delivery and Rachelle was able to locate another shop closer to my friend's house and make the delivery still happen. Their communication, friendliness and dedication was appreciated! I highly recommend for any of your flower needs!

Beautiful flowers! Excellent customer service! I called to place my order and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The flowers were delivered on time and were perfect! I had requested a picture text of the arrangement upon delivery and they were happy to oblige.

Ordered flowers for our co-worker. Asked the ladies to use their own creativity and gave them a budget. Flowers were not only stunning but the service was amazing. Our company will be going with Rachelle for all our flower orders. Should have taken a picture. Trust me when I say they were a hit in the office. Our co-worker was elated to receive them. I placed an order online to go to an address in Indiana. I was quickly called by Rachelle's flowers to let me know that there were no florists through the wire service that would deliver to that area. She quickly offered to call independent florists in that area that would deliver and have them try to copy the arrangement that I wanted. With in a very sort time I received an email that confirmed that the flowers would be sent. Rachel's flowers took care of everything for me and it was such a relief.
