Ordered get well flowers for a friend post surgery to be delivered 10/29/2020. Received an email that they were hand delivered but never heard anything from my friend. Checked with her this evening and she never received them. They sent me a false confirmation of hand delivery. I double checked the address and everything was correct. This company has many bad reviews all over the internet and isn't reliable. I have contacted **************** and will update with their response.

I tried having a Get Well arrangement with a balloon delivered to Grady Hospital since Saturday 10/17. Teleflora couldn't deliver it 3 different TIMES! I gave them the benefit of the doubt to deliver it on Saturday 10/17, Monday 10/19 and Wednesday 10/21. They kept either emailing or calling me saying that they could not have it delivered and when would I like to reschedule the delivery. I ordered a $74 arrangement for my friends birthday to be delivered on 10/2/20 (Friday). I called Friday late afternoon and said they are still not delivered. The rep said it was a mistake and they will give me a discount of 20% and promise to send the flowers first thing Saturday morning and will give me a call and email confirmation. I placed an order for flowers in 9/23/20 for a generic bouquet of a predetermined $ amount. I know that the city in which the delivery was to be made has multiple florists. I was notified on 9/28, the day the delivery was to be made that my order was cancelled as they could not find a florist that could fill it. Terrible and unbelievable service. I do not recommend this company and will NEVER use them again.

If I could give Teleflora a zero I would. This was my final time using them. I ordered the Be ***** flowers for my niece's birthday on the same day delivery with a balloon and a box of chocolates almost $80 later... the results I was sent a it was delivered notice on Weds just to call on Thursday to find out it was NEVER delivered. AFTER I called it was Delivered on Thursday NOT The Bouquet I ordered, NO BALLOON or A BOX OF CHOCOLATE!! The flowers had A LOT OF GREENERY instead of Yellow and white flowers excuses for that .
