I would NOT recomment Teleflora. I placed an order online. I then got an email saying the order was cancelled due to a question. It said I could phone to reinstate the order. I did and there was a wait time. So I requested a call back. I got the call back and when I told them I did not want to cancel the order I was placed on hold again. Then when I got to speak to a representative, even though they had the order information I had to re-verify everything on the order. Then they wanted my card number again. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Ordered same day delivery and the flowers were never delivered. Called customer service and I was told the driver stated no one was available to accept. Meanwhile someone had been waiting all day to accept the delivery smh. Liars and very unprofessional.
Very disappointed! The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was described. I totally understand that when ordering there is a clause that states that substitutions may be made based on flower availability, but the item I ordered was supposed to be the Premium Citrus Dream bouquet and the description featured orange and pink roses and other bright flowers. What was received was a few Gerber daisies (cute, but not the same as roses) and a bunch of filler. I sent a note to customer service because I was so disappointed.
The arrangement looked nothing like what I paid for. The vase was plain and clear when it was supposed to be a decorative vase. The arrangement itself was sorely lacking and not at all comparable to the photos described.

I will not use teleflora again. I ordered birthday flowers for my niece for delivery on May 30th. At no time during my ordering process was an issue flagged. I had to put my phone number in as part of the order which to me meant that they would be able to contact me if there was an issue with my order. I received an email on May 31 at 10:30 am that they could not fulfill my order so sorry. Why did you not call me on the 30th when you knew you could not fill my order? Ordering was easy. After searching and selecting purple flowers in memory of a friends Moms favorite color, unfortunately, the flowers were not purple at all - they were all pink.
