I am embarrassed at a recent order that I placed. This order did not deserve 1 star!

Scammed! I was charged $130+ to deliver flowers and chocolates.They emailed me that the order was hand delivered but the recipient never received anything!I would never use them in the future!

Very disappointed with bouquet premium. The bouquet is completely different from the one teleflora has online. They substituted some of the flowers for other flowers. I wish I could leave a picture from what I got. Very sloppy.

Worst flower company. Do not use this website or company to get flowers, they are a scam site and you will never receive flowers. This company needs to be shut down

No STARS. My order wasnt delivered. Very disappointed. Now I have to call **************** and deal with that and the embarrassment of the missing flowers.

I ordered on Thursday morning for a Friday delivery before Mother's Day. I was called Friday afternoon and notified they could not find a florist, so would not be able to deliver until Monday, which is obviously after the holiday. First of all, they should not have accepted an order they could not fulfill, but they did. After this first mistake, they should have contacted me in a timely manner to notify me they could not fulfill the order on time, not after the delivery should have already happened.
