Can't say enough about Suzann. They have helped me out several times with forgotten birthdays, congratulations etc. and each and every time the arrangements are stunning. I have tried other florist but found the flowers and design were subpar. I ordered several arrangements for a funeral in the past and because it was out of their area they had to work with a another florist. Unfortunately the arrangements were not fresh or nice. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my order with Suzann's flowers! I accidentally put the wrong address on my order I was sending to a friend and it was resolved so quickly and easily! A representative called me and was able to solve the issue promptly and so kindly. The flowers arrived a little after 12pm and are absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be using Suzann's Flowers for my florist needs in the future!

I needed a last minute, same day arrangement for a funeral. I knew they opened at 8am and called around 7:45am and left a message for them to call me back. I called about 4 other florist trying to find someone in a hurry. I received a call back around 8:05 and they immediately earned my business. You can find flowers here at all price ranges! They will help you stay within your budget and still have some decent flowers. I absolutely would recommend this to everyone!

This is the 4th or 5th time within 30 days that I've used this florist. I've also never set foot in their shop. I have always ordered my arrangements online and had them delivered. Each and every time Suzann's have always surpassed my high expectations. The actual and final product has always been better than what was pictured online. That's saying al lot! As might be expected, the strategy would be to concentrate on the online advertising of the arrangement- put the best photo online to gain one's business. No so with Suza... read more

I always ask my husband not to get me roses for our anniversary because they only last a few days before they wilt. My husband again bought me roses not only were they gorgeous but today is day 6 and they still look beautiful!! Thank you Suzannes!!
