I ordered flowers worth $120 and they did not receive a confirmation that it was delivered. I actually called them in the afternoon and the person on the phone confirmed that it wasn't delivered yet at that time and assured that it will be delivered within the day. They are supposed to deliver it before 12 noon today. It's disappointing. UPDATE: Remington, from Suzzan's sent me a message when I wrote this review. I gave it a 1 star at first. Sometimes flower shops in our network do not meet the standard that our customers are accustomed to, but your satisfaction is always guaranteed by us, regardless if we make and deliver your order or not. I refunded the $2 by noon add-on, the $12.95 delivery fee, plus a little extra because of the inconvenience. Thank you for the updated review, it means a lot to us.
The corsage I ordered last minute was beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but they made a mistake on my order. I requested a pin on not a hand corsage for my 85th grandmothers birthday. She did love it! Thank you for doing my order last minute!

Called in the morning and spoke to a woman (sorry I don't remember her name) I told her my daughter had just delivered our first grand baby, I told her the baby's name , which is Lily and that my daughter loves star gazer lilies...the arrangement was stunning just gorgeous . I love that they listened to my request and the result was more than I was expecting! Suzann's is my florist from now on.

I live in Arizona and did an online order for some flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. My mom was so happy & absolutely loved her flowers! When she sent me a picture I was so impressed with how beautiful they looked! I've ordered from other places before and you never know the quality that will show up. I've been let down plenty of times. Suzanns Flowers exceeded my expectations and It will definitely be my go to for any future orders for my family in that area!

I did my Yelp search of florists in order to send my brother and his fiancé flowers after the passing of their beloved dog. Love Suzanne's florist! Alma has been a long time customer in our shop. During one of her visits she noticed that the silk arrangement on our counter was looking "tired". She took it with her, spruced it up, and brought if back looking lovely. (all for no charge!) Above and beyond customer service! Their fresh flower arrangements are always gorgeous and I've been very pleased with phone and in person orders. I love that they are a multi-generational family business. They will always be my go-to florist.

My mom and myself had decided to take a short trip for the weekend for Mother's Day on memorial weekend. I felt bad because I didn't really buy her anything because the trip was her gift.
