Unfortunately, we ordered a funeral spray for our beloved family member. What was received was not what was pictured on the website. Not at all. Only a few flowers and not full like the website depicted. So disappointed. My sister and I went halves on the arrangement and expected what was on the website and were truly saddened by what was delivered to the service. The gentleman was very helpful who took my order over the phone.he said the bouquet was about 3ft tall. I asked for an elaborate bouquet. First picture is what was received vs. second picture of what was ordered. Very disappointing and not worth $195.
