I ordered the flowers for my mom 3 days ago and it was delivered to her today as requested before noon. It was a surprise and the staff definitely knows how to keep a secret when my mom and dad asked who it was from, the gentleman, with a smile, kindly could not say and to read the card lol thank you. Great service! And of course the flowers were beautifully fresh, the arrangement was spot on and perfect! My mom loved it so much, thank you!

Not too often I have to scramble to get flowers for a special occasion. My teen son recently requested single roses for senior cheer at the football game. I knew I could call that morning and request to the shop. Of course they came through, even when I had to call back to increase the order. Always a pleasure to visit the shop.
First time ordering flowers and they made it a breeze. I am so impressed with the ease of ordering online (yay Apple Pay) & not to mention the beautiful work they have done. I purchased an arrangement as a thank you and wow was she impressed. She was speechless. I received a confirmation email when I purchased and also when she received it. Will definitely keep ordering. Love how the flower turned out! Suzann's flowers customer service was easy to communicate with and very patient however, you do have to remember the person who was communicating with you because they go for one for one other employees won't know your design needs. I communicated with them via email and phone for my design references and it's for engagement party's center pieces. Nothing but great things to say! Due to my own error, I messed up my dates and scheduled for the wrong delivery day. It was an important day for me so when I realized my error I contacted Suzann's and asked if there was any way they could deliver it ASAP. Within 45 minutes it was at my recipients front door. I really appreciate the extra effort, especially on a very important day! Thank you
Excellent and speedy service. I ordered everything over the phone. It was quick to order, they got everything accurately, created a pretty arrangement and delivered it promptly. I am very pleased and will use them again.
We celebrated my mom's 100th birthday and the flowers they provided were beautifully done as they matched the invitation! Service, delivery and the centerpieces fit the event and contributed to a lovely ambiance to celebrate my mom. Just great work and we appreciated their efforts, we will use them again.
