I was sent a bouquet of flowers as a gift from a friend in Idaho. This is such a gorgeous full bouquet. The roses are so fragrant and the roses and lilies are opening. I had lost my faith in florists until I received this bouquet. It has brightened my days during my recovery. I will definitely be ordering from Suzann's in the future.

I have used Suzanns flowers couple times and they been great...first time they called me to notify me that the arrangement would arrive a little late due to the time I made the purchase. I thought that was great customer service. Flowers were beautiful and remained beautiful for a good time! Definitely will use them again.

I had such a great experience at Suzann's! I walked in at about 10:30 in the morning looking for something pre-made but was able to ask whether they could make something for me and have it ready by 2 p.m. Thankfully they were able to squeeze in my order that day and told me it would be ready for me by 1pm! The staff was really nice and professional. I don't remember the persons name who helped me but she was so sweet and answered all my questions. Very responsive, reasonably priced, and delivered! This is my first time doing a delivery for my girlfriend and I got exactly what I was looking for. Flowers are beautiful and they even went the extra mile to add additional flower variations! Highly recommend if you want to order and deliver flowers for anyone.

I was so impressed with Suzann's Flowers. I placed an order later in the day for flowers to be delivered to my sister at her school. They called me right away to ask what time she would be leaving school, knowing dismissal time was right around the corner. I told them she would be there for another hour or so and not 30 minutes later I got a text from my sister about the flower delivery. The flowers looked exactly like the website. I would definitely recommend this flower shop! I was sending flowers to my sister who lives in Southern California, from Northern California, and paid an extra fee to make sure they got there before 12:00pm. The flowers arrived around 9:00am and was a great surprise! It was very easy to order and were beautiful just as shown on the website!
