Had to order my bestie flowers for her birthday while I was on a work trip in Florida. Was kind of nervous picking flowers online because you just never know. I paid extra to have them delivered before 12pm and they arrived at 9:30AM. And they were GORGEOUS! I will definitely be using Suzann's Flowers again! Oh, and they are very reasonably priced for the quality of the flowers and the delivery fees! Kudos to this company!!!

Friendly staffs, was greeted the moment I walked in, and was able to get my order in as little as 10 minutes. Great values for a dozen roses arrangement.

susan's delivered my flowers on time and they were beautiful.I live in upland in fact they are in the corner.the lady at the flower shop was so nice and helpful I definetly will be back.
I've been here 3 times. They have really nice arrangements, the flowers are also fresh and last a long time. The selection wasn't large but they have a book you to choose from and they created an arrangement while I waited.
Suzann's flowers arrangement are so beautiful. The prices are fair. The only complaint was their delivery time frame. I was going to do delivery. But their time stamp was only 8am-4pm. There was no closer time frame whatsoever. I requested time delivery 3-4pm and they want to charge $30 from upland to pomona. Thats little too much for the delivery. But i still happy with their arrangement. I will just do pick it up everytime.

Hello Angiee! Thank you for the review and the nice compliments! Our standard delivery charge is $12.95. We are a small, family owned shop and only have one or two delivery drivers to deliver around 30 arrangements (or more) a day. If a customer requests a delivery to be delivered within a 1 hour time frame, we typically have to make a special delivery route with just that one arrangement in our van. That is why we have to charge extra. We do offer guaranteed delivery before 12 noon for just $2 extra if the order is place... read more

I know I am not exactly timely, but wanted you to Know how beautiful and long-lasting the flowers sent by my daughter and son-in law for Mother's Day were. I don't know how you do it but almost all of the flowers lasted over 2 weeks. They live in Northern CA and had sent me flowers from Suzanne's for other occasions and we have always been impressed by your workmanship, Quality of product, and exceptional customer service afforded our family by Suzann's.
