I stopped purchasing from the online retail flower shops because the flowers never looked anything close to what was actually delivered. I came to yelp looking for a local flower shop close to my best friends house and I came across Suzann's and decided to take a chance and order. I am so happy that I decided to give Suzann's a try. I am not easily impressed however, Suzann's flowers came through and did an amazing job! On time, beautiful tree, a towering ficus, delivered to our friend during the passing of his partner. It was beautiful! I will definitely be using this florist again and recommend highly to anyone!

Spoke with Nicole who explained that even though I bought an upgraded version of the flowers they decided to use a bigger vase and that is why the flowers appear to be less then what I upgraded too. This makes no sense. There was supposed to be many more flowers and additional roses. None of which are present. Then I spoke with the manager Remington who literally got on the phone to just reiterate exactly what Nicole said. I wanted the exact bouquet fullness as Advertised on the website. Call their shop to make 100% certain there would be no delivery issues since being sent to a different state. They said no problem as they use the Teleflora service where a local florist would make the delivery. So I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a funeral home for my Father. I get an email stating that they canceled the order. At this point, it was too late for me to order any flowers...so my Father had no flowers from his son on his casket for the viewing. I chose this florist because of the 5 star rating, and because of same-day delivery. I was happy when it was delivered a few hours after the order was placed. I upgraded to get the large sized arrangement. When I was sent a picture of what was actually delivered, I was truly disappointed. Hello. The flowers deliver yesterday to Glendora at Whites funeral home are wilted, they did not last at all. I suggest that you change who you used in Azusa.
