If someone orders a Valentines Day bouquet weeks in advance to be delivered on Valentine's Day and come Valentine's Day you tell the sender that it was "hand delivered" when nothing was delivered.. I had to call customer service to figure out why and they said they were overbooked and it would Be delivered the initial time but Again WASNT until I called customer service again and they said before the next day. The bouquet is much smaller than expected and missing many Lillies that were advertised. You guys royally suck.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST!! Ordered SAME DAY delivery at 10:22am. At 2:50pm, they were "working" on my order. I realized at about 5pm, I had not received my delivery confirmation. I went to get their phone number and saw they were closed. Who closes and doesn't deliver someones order?!?!? At 7:30pm, I received my delivery email. They do not deliver flowers on time They do not even deliver them on the day they are scheduled for in fact they never delivered the flowers at all that were paid for!!!! They are very rude!!!! Definitely not customer oriented!!!
Ordered flowers through 1800 flowers and they never delivered them. Bad customer service. Last time I order from 1800 flowers and this local shop.
I've received several floral arrangements from Serrano Flowers and I'm disappointed with the quality of the flowers and delivery service. My previous delivery (2 weeks agozaa an), was a dozen long stem roses that were mostly bloomed upon delivery. Today, I received a floral arrangement, this floral arrangement contained dead foliage. Ordered thru ProFlowers...paid for upgrade and they sent a horrible arrangement. Pictured is what I ordered and the other is their work. Doesn't even look arranged. So disappointed!
I ordered online through Blooms Today at 9:00am. I paid extra so they would be delivered by noon. Come noon, no flowers, 2:00pm no flowers still. The lady from this place called me at 3:00pm saying she was just making the flowers and they should be delivered by 4:00. She was very rude saying it was late because "I ordered them online" WHAT?!?! I ordered these flowers for my sister to be delivered at her job because she was having a bad day and barely got them in time before leaving. So upsetting!!!
WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP! I ordered from 1800Flowers and the flowers never arrived!!!! I should have read the gazillion reviews below saying how AWFUL This place was.
****WARNING ****WARNING ****FRAUD****We ordered flowers from 1800FLOWERS and the order was filled by this shop. All I can say is HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND DISHONEST!!! The total cost was $245 and some charge for 3 medium arrangements. 2 of them came from Serrano.
