Serrano Flower Shop is the best flower shop in Riverside, I use them for all my occasions Mother's Day Valentine's Day my daughter's sweet 16 and and my sister's wedding, great family-owned business the owner is a sweet lady shows so much Love's to her customers and treats them with loyalty, she opened her shop for me at 6 a.m. so my son can take fresh flowers to Teacher Appreciation Day. I've been going to them for over 7 years! They work with you with whatever you need.

Serrano Flowers did an amazing job! I showed up the day before I needed the delivery. Literally 20-30 mins before closing. The brunette woman was very helpful. I showed her a picture from another flower shop website and she said ok. I asked if she needed a photo and she said no, "I can make that, no problem". And she wasn't kidding. Serrano Flowers is my absolute favorite flower shop. Gigi (the owner) and her husband are an amazing team with their services. She is extremely punctual, even with short notice requests. She is personable and goes above and beyond for her customers. Her prices are outstanding and she works with her customers based off of how much they want to spend. I was referred to Serrano flowers...I have to say that I am so pleased with the work that GiGi and her family did! Not only did they deliver on time, but The flower arrangements were amazingly beautiful and made the Venue smell beautiful! The lady at Serrano Flowers is an experienced florist, she has fine taste and creates gorgeous flower arrangements matching the occasion. I came to the shop to discuss the flower arrangement and choose flowers. This flower shop has a wide variety of fresh flowers. I was very satisfied how my order came out.
