I ordered flowers online at night on the 23rd. Early in the morning on the 24th i get a call i called back spoke to a really nice person told her i had miss call. She said she was just calling to make sure the place they were ganna deliver was correct. So i told her the name of the place. Sure enough i get a text from my friend that she loved the flowers and they made her day. Doesn't look like this place has much of a reputation, but as I got out of work on a Friday at 6pm I noticed all the flower shops were closed, well I remembered this place from valentine's because it's right down the way from our home and they put together a rather nice arrangement. So I decided to drive by, I called and the owner Gigi answered and said were closed but what do you need I'll see what I can do, she put together a amazing bouquet for my beautiful wife! Thank you Gigi! Top notch service with wonderful flowers.

Had forgotten to get flowers for the wife for the anniversary called them on my way home asked if they could deliver asap and they did an amazing job my wife was happy. Thanks a lot you guys saved me from the dog house
The flowers themselves were pretty, but unfortunately, the arrangement that was delivered looked significantly different from the arrangement I ordered. The advertised arrangement featured a soft, full mix of flowers, including greenery, yellow daisy-like flowers, spray roses, pink roses, and white hydrangeas. What was delivered was large white hydrangeas and large pink roses, with none of the greenery or other flowers shown in the advertised arrangement. my co-workers found my flowers, while on their morning walk,that were supposed to be delivered yesterday for/on my actual birthday..... on the side of our building. had they not taken a walk I would have never known they ever came!!! Serrano Flowers in Riverside you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!
I paid for a bouquet for Valentine's Day about a week in advance. They didn't arrange it, then they threatened to beat me up when I was disappointed that they didn't do what I paid them for. Horrible experience. Horrible people.
I was very disappointed. When I called I mentioned a certain arrangement and said I wanted something like it with bright colors What came was 6 red roses With lot's of greenery.It wasn't even close. Very Disappointed!
