To say I'm upset or mad is such an understatement. My boyfriend got me flowers delivered for our one year as we were both busy but he wanted to do something nice. He has ordered here before a year ago and they were mediocre but he thought maybe if gets premium it would better. After delivery and premium flowers it came to around $120. They got my order wrong.. which happens I work in customer service we all have busy days but I had to drive back there prove they got my order wrong still be harassed and dismissed by the representative working there.. also got mad when I corrected them in the balloon they gave me. It was a different design not a big deal. Won't be going back.

Wife and I received flower arrangement for Christmas/New Years from our good friends "Downunder"....very disappointed...flowers were wilted and unattractive and I am sure will be dead by the morning. Would never recommend!

Purchased flowers from fromyouflowers.com who utilizes third party sellers to create and deliver flowers. Expedited shipping was purchased for morning delivery but they arrived in the afternoon once the recipient had left from work. Recipient noted that her flower arrangement had filthy water, the color yellow. The flowers came with a card from Serrano Flowers with their details and phone number, promoting their shop. I cannot believe the runaround I am getting. I ordered this beautiful arrangement and paid for the deluxe. I ordered it through Teleflora and the picture is beautiful. It has several roses, carnations and other flowers with a beautiful plaque the arrangement that was sent is a joke. I called Teleflora and they are going to refund me less than a third of what I paid for, I then called Serrano And the person I talked to was trying to tell me it's Teleflora's fault. I had a huge tumor removed off my back and my dear friend sent me flowers to cheer me up. They were even smaller than the standard size and she ordered me the premium bouquet!! This place is a JOKE!! Teleflora gave her part of her money back and will be using a different florist to send the correct bouquet out. Make sure not to use these guys, you won't get what you paid for.

Terrible customer service from this flower shop. I called and the owner and manager Angie was extremely rude to me. I ordered the all white with greenery sympathy arrangement for a recent death in my family and the flowers that were sent were bright yellow. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and told them exactly what flowers and colors I wanted. I was sure to pick all flowers that were in season and available. When they arrived, not at the time we agreed upon, they weren't even close to what I ordered. They looked like something you would send in the Fall to a USC fan!
