Disgusted, disappointed and feeling ripped off! I am so disappointed with the service that I received. I placed the order their website on Saturday at 12noon for a same day delivery, someone from their company called me after 8pm on Saturday to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered (I guess there was a system error). I let the girl know that a delivery for Sunday would be ok just as long as it is in the morning. The flowers were delivered after 7pm on Sunday. The most disappointing bouquet of flowers I have ever received! Ordered through FTD and bouquet was supposed to include sunflowers, not one single sunflower in the whole bouquet. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday and did not come until Sunday. And this is them 4 days later!! I could have gotten a $20 bouquet from the grocery store with better quality!! I am beyond disappointed!
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND DESPICABLE I ordered through FTD, thinking I was going to get the best bouquet as possible. Instead, I received something that I could have picked out of my own garden. If I could give zero I would! Had an order placed on 4/26/20 to be delivered today May 10, then called a few days later to add on to the order. Apparently my order was never processed and my second order wasn't even placed. Even though I have a confirmation email and I confirmed with the girl the second time I called that everything would get processed!!! I recommend never ordering from them. Son sent flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered Saturday. Flowers came late Friday night with old roses, already past full bloom. By Sunday morning, Mother's Day, roses were dead despite my filling and replacing water 3 times. This is the second time my son's Teleflora order has been filled by Serrano. Disappointed both times. From now on, I've asked him to request a different florist fulfill the order - total waste of his money
I received flowers from my daughter last Sunday for my birthday within two days the Roses were wilted I contacted Gigi at Serrano flowers and was told to change the water and trim the stem of the Roses. Anybody familiar with roses knows that once the head of the Rose droops it's not coming back up. I took her suggestion anyway. My company sent flowers to me and when they were delivered i felt sorry for the poor flowers. The flowers look so sad being they were wilted and bruised, the "arrangement" is sunken in the middle, my boss told me that the vase was a cheap version of what was advertised on their site. Only because I have to give a rating. My husband tried to surprise me for my last day of school. He ordered one dozen roses with stargazers to be delivered to my office by 5pm. I received a call from a driver at 5:30pm I was already on the freeway, the driver said I have a delivery for you. I told him we open at 7am. He said ok would try to redeliver. On Thursday, I Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement through a floral shop in Fresno, Ca for my mom who lives in Redlands, CA. The order went through Teleflora. Serrano Flowers is the shop that popped up. The originating shop then called Serrano Flowers to verify if they deliver to Redlands. An employee at Serrano's said, "Yes."
