wow this place just shocked me with the amount of rudeness I received. Wish there was an option for zero stars.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! They sell through 1800Flowers and FTD. Ordered $200 worth of lilies for them to arrive dead! Took them almost a week to replace with a lower quality lily and a much smaller bouquet. Customer service was rude and ridiculous. Called me 5 times after the fact because I requested a full refund. Then Angie states I'm shady for wanting a refund. I told her she is welcome to come pick them up. Needless to say she hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Absolutely horrible service. I ordered flowers for my fiancée, a week in advance, specified the time, date & location ahead of time. Flowers were not delivered at all. 3 hours after the delivery was to take place, they called asking where to deliver the flowers, her work was already closed and she was already home, seeming how they were 3 hours late BUT they sent me a confirmation hours earlier, saying the delivery was completed and successful. The only reason why this got 1 star is because the flowers looked alright. But this is not what I payed $75.00 for! This was for my wife for Valentines Day, which I understand is a busy day for them but they need to put quality over quantity. Giving 2 stars because the second arrangement was beautiful. My boyfriend has ordered from this place 3 times. First arrangement flowers were wilted and warm. Second time he ordered, flowers were gorgeous, however they were delivered by two young boys who looked so unprofessional, had they not had flowers in their hand, I wouldn't have opened my door. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! My son who is in the Army stationed far away ordered flowers from this flower shop to be delivered to his girlfriend in Riverside he paid for a premium bouquet which cost just under $150 around 8 PM the next evening there was a dead bouquet that was not the bouquet he ordered it was actually nothing like the bouquet he ordered and it was delivered to his girlfriend! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, I was NOT impressed! Half of the flowers where wilted and others where dead. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture. Horrible I would never ever, ever buy anything from here nor recommend them to anyone!
I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriends mom through ftd.com. The photo on the website was a beautiful bouquet of mums, daisies, gerber daisies, etc... in a beautiful pink vase. This isn't my first, second, or third time ordering flowers through a website so I understand when the vase isn't exactly what you think you're getting, but a mason jar? A.mason.jar. is supposed to be a "similar vase" to a pink glass rectangular vase??? A $3.00 mason jar is comparable to a $10.00 vase? No thanks.
