So nice, so accommodating! I go there about once a month for roses to take to my late husband at Olivewood Cemetery. They knew exactly what I wanted the second time I went there! Even during their remodel, they made sure I got what I needed to honor his memory. Going back there today!
1st time using Serrano Flowers. I ordered flowers today at 1:30pm and they were delivered at 4:40pm! They were so fast with their delivery and the flowers are beautiful! I ordered online they made it super easy! The flowers deliver were not exactly the same as the picture online but they were still amazing and even prettier. Definitely my new flower shop. Thank you for the amazing service.
I came here last minute and exhausted from work all day, needing flowers for my wife's birthday. I explained what I was looking for and the occasion, and the 2 women helped me out so much. The arrangement I took home looked superb, my wife was surprised on how beautiful they were compared to Ralphs supermarket flowers or Vons. Also the price was very very good. I was in and out within 5 minutes and I appreciated the customer service!!
I wanted to order some flowers for my friend who's mother had passed away but I wanted the flowers to be beautiful, and not be delivered in a box. Sometimes when I order flowers online they don't end up looking the like the online photo, but not in this case! Serrano Flowers delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers, and they really looked like the online picture. I highly recommend this flower shop. The price was decent, and the flowers were gorgeous! I had some problems with my first order because some of the flowers were missing and it wasn't as pictured on the FTD website. I spoke with Gigi and she was accommodating and made me a whole new arrangement which came out beautiful. They are very professional and provided great customer service.
I ordered flowers directly from their website for my mom to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. It made it on time with no issues. Total with tax was about $70. This florist did not disappoint! It didn't look exactly like the picture...it actually looked BETTER than the picture! The flowers were fresh and bright. This is the best flower shop I have ever enjoyed. I go in weekly with my daughter for bouquets and Gi Gi makes an artistic representation of pure love every time. Love this place.
I love coming to this place always does an amazing job. She exceeds my expectations when I have a ideas in mind. She truly cares about her customers and will put her heart into her work. I will forever come to this place very friendly and reasonable prices. Thank you for the amazing work.
