Gigi is an amazing florist! My son's baseball team was having their annual baseball banquet and needed flowers for each table. We asked Gigi to come up with something beautiful and within our budget since we had very little money to spend on each centerpiece. She made the most gorgeous bouquets for each table and worked with our budget. She even donated some flowers to help us make the centerpieces look as beautiful as possible. I am a very overprotective Memaw. Last night my granddaughter feel down a broke her arm. Poor baby was at the hospital until 5 :00 am. I ordered the flowers last night and a box of chocolate. My granddaughter called me this morning crying. I called Seerano Flowers inquiring about her delivery time. The representative was AWESOME!!!!! We've been ordering from Serrano Flowers since my son began HS. He and His girlfriend attend different high schools, so there have many Homecomings, Mid-Winters, and Proms! He just graduated, and we couldn't be more satisfied and thankful for the years of wonderful service we've received from Serrano Flowers. They'll forever be our first choice!

My wife's Aunt became ill, and was placed in a convalescent hospital, in Riverside California. We wanted to send flowers, but who do you trust. We found Serrano Flowers, just by the reviews on yelp. They were awesome, they put together a fantastic bouquet of flowers together for me, and all this was done just over the phone. At time of delivery they also sent me a picture of the bouquet, Very Very Pleased, Highly recommend them. Harry and Maria, Sparks Nevada

I am very pleased with Serrano Flowers. I had a last minute, same day order for a funeral and they were able to deliver on time and even directly to the mortuary. Placing the order online was so simple and it's so great that they offer free delivery. The prices are also reasonable. I also appreciated the fact that they emailed me when the flowers were delivered. I will definitely use Serrano Flowers again for future occasions.

I googled Serrano Flowers and I am happy I found them. They had decently priced bouquets and easy to navigate site. I ordered a sympathy bouquet for an early delivery, literally last minute. They got the job done, ASAP!

This is BY FAR the best flower shop I have been too. Today my sister and i had to get last minute floral arrangements due to an issue with my online order (with an online company) after searching frantically for hours, we found GG. I went in thinking this would be a tragic experience having to pick arrangements in person for the most amazing woman to have walked this earth, in my eyes, my grandmother. Always happy with their service! Called yesterday to order my sister some birthday flowers that needed to be delivered to her work that same day before 4 PM. My only requests were for a birthday arrangement with no pink (she's not a pink kind of girl) and no carnations (I'm not a fan) and OMG. The bouquet was beautiful! Super full, and bright and the flowers looked so fresh. Thanks again Serrano Flowers!
