Mums the Word is by far the BEST shop in Fullerton and the surrounding area. I have been ordering flowers from Neal for many years and I always get the most beautiful arrangements!! It doesn't matter if it's for a birthday, anniversary, sympathy or just because I truly love his style and added touches. I highly recommended Mums to all my friends, family, co-workers and now this is the ONLY shop they use as well!!!

I couldn't be happier with how beautiful this surprise was. My boyfriend sent them while he was work and couldn't believe they were ordered and at my front door in less than an hour. They are so beautiful and my favorite sunflowers with a little note on it. Beautiful vases as well! So happy! After looking on there website to see how much my boyfriend actually paid for them I couldn't believe how fair the prices were and they actually look better in person then they do on there website :)
How do I begin to express how incredible Neal and his crew are?!?! My daughter's wedding was this past weekend and she had a pretty tight floral budget (but of course, had an expensive looking vision) Neal went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Hi I would like to update my last review. There was miscommunication and Mums flower shop call me and we took care of the situation they were very Concerned for the miscommunication. And sent me new flowers. great service and I will go back.
This florist has great (mad) skills! They have done custom work for me that has blown my mind. I love them and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend!
I just don't know if I can put into words how happy I am to have found this lovely florist. I only wish I had found them sooner.I was unhappy with prior florist, "vissers" also secret garden, both places I will never return to.I was looking for someone to take care of my special floral needs,as I was mourning the loss of someone special, and I needed flowers to be just so. There are elves working at Mums the word . . . Several months ago, Mums the Word prepared all the floral arrangements for my grandfather's funeral. Our previous preferred florist shop was sold. Due to the timing of the event, we had to find a new location. Mums the Word saved the day. They were able to supply us with the most beautiful arrangements. My brother called to order an arrangement for my mom's birthday but it was ten minutes until closing and we wouldn't have been able to pick up before then, however, the woman working allowed me to pick up the flowers a couple minutes after they closed. That was awesome they went out of their way for us like that. My mom loved the flowers and everyone that saw them complimented on how pretty they were.
