Kim is phenomenal! My boyfriend and I had a discrepancy with an online flower order through a third party. The company quoted him on something different then what he was told. The company sent the wrong order to Mums the Word as well. The flowers were delivered, but obviously not what we wanted through no fault of the flower shop. I called the shop and spoke to Kim. She was quick to offer to correct the order even though she provided what the order was that was sent to her. She even called the next day for a follow up. The f... read more

I wasn't able to use their service because it out of their delivery radius. The reason for the YELP review is that Cynthia provided to me the names and phone numbers for other florists in the area where the plant was being delivered where I could save on delivery fees. She totally exceeded my expectations for customer service. I very much appreciated that and will definitely consider using them when it falls into their delivery zip codes. Thank you Cynthia for calling me back.

Look no further for wedding flowers. This place is it! Finding flowers for my wedding had been a nightmare. I went to numerous consultations where I was told, that my colors were too difficult to match, that my budget was too small, that the designs I wanted were too specific, etc. I was at my wits end when I finally came into Mums the word. After seeing some of the reviews I was hesitant, but after walking in and being greeted by the owner I knew I had come to the right flower shop. The prices were low and the flowers were fresh. The owner had informed me that she had purchased the shop back in April. The flowers I got made my girl very happy. I will be coming back again for the superb service I received!

I needed a simple bouquet for my best friends wedding that would be a quick court house wedding. (Its important that every girl has flowers on her wedding day no matter where its at) Anyways I called one place and got quoted 75$ for a simple sunflower bouquet. UMMM what? I called MUMS next and spoke with Kim! She was great! so helpful because I know nothing about flowers. She quoted me like 3 or 4 dollars a flower and said she would add some green to it. i think its really a reflection of the person who uses this amazing site to vomit their own ugliness ...hey we all dont like the same thing....some of us love babys breath some of us dont....it is the most popular look these days 2016....not my fav....mums is the most creative ..you have no idea .......lol that lady that mentioned she went to moms the word....she seems like a creditable view point... well i think they are the greatest been there for over 30 years....must be doing something right my very first meeting wit... read more

Neal Harrison is a floral genius! Each arrangement is a work of art! He is the BEST florist in all of Orange County. The arrangements he created for my sister's wedding were INCREDIBLE! I have used him as my florist for 20 years and I have never been disappointed!! There is no finer florist than Neal Harrison from Mums the Word !

Best flower boutique in Orange County by far! We use them every year for our big anniversary parties at work and the compliments we get all year long are about the beautiful flower displays! Finesse loves and thanks you!!!!!!!!!!
