I've been ordering from Mums the Word for years and they are the only florist I use. They always provide wonderful service and absolutely gorgeous arrangements. Whether it is for personal or work, they have always surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Mums the Word!!!
AMAZING flowers! So creative & unique. They have done many arrangements for us. The owner is so much fun to work with & very professional. He gave us wonderful suggestions & executed it far past my expectations! I would highly recommend Mums The Word!
We have been ordering flower arrangements from "Mum's the Word" for three years and their flower arrangements are works of art. We love the attention to details, the little surprises among the flowers like delicate butterflies, bumble bees and lady bugs. I highly recommend this place!
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered an arrangement for over $100 and paid EXTRA for EXTRA flowers. The bouquet came looking worse than something you could create with your eyes closed. I called the shop and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and took no credit for their terrible work nor did she offer any remedy. We are sorry you were unsatisfied. To clairify - an order was not placed with our shop but with a 3rd party vendor. We do go by pictures and recipes, often, if one is provided. $100 paid to 3rd party vendor - deduct taxes, their fees, delivery charge and the purchased full size card. We created an arrangement to value per the provided instructions - "purple and white roses and alstromeria in a purple vase". Thank you
Disappointment. I found this to be the word that best described my experience and the arrangement. I have been a customer here for a few years now and have told many people about this place. Unfortunately, my last purchase was a lackluster arrangement. There are 3 tiers when ordering online. Standard, Deluxe and Premium. According to the photos online, each tier up from the standard delivers a fuller arrangement with more flowers. This time this wasn't the case. Here's wishing that everyone's Valentine's Day, was better than the disappointing service and floral arrangement I received when ordering here. I spent a while searching for a florist and ended up choosing this unfortunate shop, based on their online advertisement and location. I will never again order from this place. Absolutely awful customer service. My husband purchased a bouquet from this floral shop and the arrangement was nothing like the "photos" posted online. We both have purchased arrangements from here for years and even recommended this location to family and friends. My husband brought the flowers home as we were in a rush to go somewhere and when we returned we both discussed the flowers are said they were definitely not the quality we have received in the past. I believe this florist is linked to "Ruth's Roses". I purchased a bouquet for delivery at over 100 dollars and the bouquet did not look like the image posted online (and what I paid for) and it's just very disappointing. The person I sent the flowers to sent me a photo and I was honestly really upset as it looked nothing like what I picked. The size of the bouquet was a lot smaller than what I purchased as well.

I am sorry you had a poor experience. When orders are placed through ordering gathering companies like "Ruth's Roses" or "From you Flowers", etc. unfortunately a large amount of what you pay to those companies is not passed along to the actual florist who is filling and deliverying the order. Recently it was brought to our attention that customers select on-line arrangements and we are sent "designers choice" orders from these companies with no further explaination.
