I figured why not support the local business and go to moms the word instead of going to Ralph's to pick up flowers. I've given this place numerous times to win my business. however the lady in the front is so rude. The first time I called to have an arrangement picked up when I picked it up she said she didn't get it and I said I spoke to her on the phone and then she said she apologized and it was so busy so she couldn't get to it. If I pay $85.00 for a small arrangement I expect the florist to use the flowers that I chose. It is not acceptable to replace the hydrangea with cheap filler.

Where do I start. The person that takes the orders on the phone was rude on the day of the order. I specifically asked for a morning delivery and I even repeated that to them and now they claim that it didn't say that in the order. When I say never again I mean it.

I went online to order a Sympathy arrangement for a family friend. After reviewing the arrangement picture and getting the total price online, I realized I should call them to put some wordings on the ribbon. When the woman answered, I told her the arrangement # and the pricing on her website, which was $116.32. She took the order, but when I asked her to put a few words on the ribbon, she was very reluctant and wanted to make things very short. Wow! Avoid this place at all cost!! Just returned from trying to order prom flowers. Politely approached the Wicked Witch of the West requesting wristlet and boutienierre. She growled at us "well...what do you want?????". I told her I liked one I saw online. She yelled at me saying "you can't have that..yada, yada.." Asked to see photos of samples. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!! I was VERY disappointed with the service provided by this shop. I ordered flowers for same day delivery and they were never received. When I called to see what happened the person I spoke with was very rude! She was talking down to me and even made a reference as to the fact the flowers were delivered to an apartment complex as if I was a lower class citizen. I really don't care for Mums the Word compared to other floral designers - the flowers themselves are always of very good quality, but you would think that it is 1988 by the way they arrange them. Hello? Babies Breath? Yeah, no respectable florist outside of the Midwest uses that any more.
