Mum's The Word is my absolute favorite flower shop. I've given them a color palette, said few descriptive words like pastel/ nature tones, and will point at a few flowers I like around the shop and the arrangements are perfect every time. They exceed my expectations every time. Kim and her team are amazing. She (Kim) always asks me what I want to pay before I leave, and I'm always blown away when I pick up. Mum's the best!
I went here on Valentine's Day and it was so busy! They still had amazing service and flowers! Although you may pay a little more, these flowers are so unique and beautiful. I absolutely loved the two rainbow roses I bought for a mother who lost her eclectic son. Thank you Mums the Word! Best flowers in California!!!
I buy a single sunflower for my girlfriend to give to her at work about once a month from here. Each time I feel like I'm putting them out asking for such a small order, but each time they are so kind and courteous. When I had to place a larger order, I had no doubt who I was going to go with and as usual they didn't disappoint.
Kim is awesome, beautiful flowers at an excellent price. Highly recommend her for all of your flower needs.

It was so easy to order online. The floral standing arrangement was so beautiful, the flowers so fresh and lovely - really, better than the picture online. I was happy with the beauty of the arrangement, the price and how easy it was.
Today we had my nieces graduation, we wanted to get her flowers and actually parked right by this store....we went in and we were greeted by a lovely lady... we honestly didn't know what we wanted besides some simple flowers to give to an eighth grader. She was kind enough to help us out and put 2 arrangements together for a super good deal! we were very pleased with the outcome of the arrangement and how fast she did both of them. Ordered flowers for a viewing/funeral yesterday. Flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The floral designer talked to me and made suggestions and created exactly what I had in mind. She called the funeral home to make sure there was a viewing so she could get the flowers there on time. Very accommodating and provided excellent service from order to delivery. Highly recommend them.
