Today was my wedding anniversary an I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary an I was the one that got surprised with the flowers they sent her in the poor condition they where never in my life have I gifted such an ugly flower arrangement flowers are a Beautiful symbol they should put more quality to there product . It can t be possible that the flowers are already dead within 2 hours of being delivered

Decided to buy a thank you bouquet so stopped in at Mums the Word. The two women at the door were busy getting ready for a wedding. Too busy to help me. I asked if I could walk in and look at her flowers in order to choose them. She said no because people go in there and crush the flowers! There was this rudeness that emanated from her. It was like "we are too busy to help you." I bought a plastic hummingbird that was labeled as a crystal and left. Big mistake on her part because I'm a person that loves to send flowers. We placed an order from Mum's the Word knowing that it was a longer drive for delivery. It was important to have a nice arrangement for a dear friend's funeral service and the cost was $250+. I asked that it be delivered at least an hour prior to the service, before 10 a.m. They subbed the order out to another florist, although that was not our intent when deciding to use Mums. They said they communicated that to my assistant although it wasn't clear whether they were subbing out the design or delivery of the arrangement.... read more

I walked into my home this afternoon and saw flowers from Mum's sitting on my dining room table. I was quite surprised to receive them from the sender however I feel like I got left over flowers from two days ago. The edges of some of the flowers were browning and had several cracks in the leaves. These were definitely not fresh

I ordered at 930 A.M. and my mother received the flowers the same day before 1PM. My mom loved them. I originally order the standard but decided to upgrade two levels to the deluxe. I received what looks like a standard or maybe the middle tier level. Either the order was messed up or the person that put the flowers together needs to be retrained. Yet, I was charged correctly. My boyfriend sent me a flower arrangement the day before Valentine's Day From this place. The driver called me to tell me he had left it at my doorstep because no one was home. I wouldn't be home for another 5 hours and when I got home the flowers looked like they may have been knocked over or maybe that's how the driver left them. I called to let them know and was told that during holiday seasons they don't arrange delivery times and if need be they will be left on the porch. Had used them over the last 10 years and unfortunately I won't be using again. The arrangement was so average, understated and has been done so many times. I paid appx 85.00 , a 15.00 local delivery charge, expected a special handmade arrangement was told it would be unique and large (I specifically said I didn't want anything from the pre-arranged pictures on their website or a common FTD thing) But that is exactly what I got. I received roses from here. I unfortunately have to say I was disappointed in the arrangement. For years by husband has sent me roses from here and the arrangements of roses used to be unique and gorgeous. The roses sent lately look like something you can buy at a grocery store or Costco

Just okay. I ordered through Telefora. The arrangement was very small compared to what Telefora promises. The arrangement wasn't horrible but it was a bit wilted like it was in a hot car for too long. Also, The colors they use were sort of the idea of what I picked but didn't live up to the vibrant arrangement I expected. I would't order again if the arrangements comes from here. It was just blah.
