Wow! I called this florist from out of the blue...never did business with them before, and they knocked it out of the park! I needed an arrangement delivered within minutes to The Summit House restaurant and they performed perfectly. A beautiful, just-right arrangement was waiting at the table when the couple were seated. Thank you Mum's The Word!
Kim was absolutely amazing. Friendly. On point. Great communication. And willing to work with me on a last minute flower delivery. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the Fullerton area.... for with Mums The World... the standard for flowers.
I needed a last minute surprise bouquet for a friend. I called at 3:30 and they had it ready by 4:45 pm for me before they closed at 5. I had explained to them she decided to get married waterfront with a private ceremony with only the pastor and her husband and two other ladies including me to witness it, I had texted her and she said she didn't have a bouquet or cake! They are the BEST around. My husband has been using them for years and they have always been amazing. When we got married a year ago, I had a vision and Kim brought it to life plus some. The flowers were beyond beautiful and I can't thank them more. I also ordered flowers for my mom and mother-in-law for Mother's day this year and was amazed at how beautiful they were with the short notice of the order and during this time of Covid19. Great Place To Buy Flowers! I totally recommend them to anyone reading this yelp. The customer service it self was wonderful. I couldn't have ask for any thing better. They go out of the way to make you feel at home. Thank you guys for the best looking 24 red roses. Second experience was just as great as the first! I think they are nice people, but I don't think the job is done quite as expected.... I ordered online, after choosing a picture, and picked it up. The picture uses large roses... But they used small ones? The bouquet stand was tall like the picture, but the flower on it was a puny bouquet hanging on it. The picture showed a full bouquet stand. So impressed!!! Ordered flower arrangement from Mum's the Word around noon today, and it has already been delivered! The gentleman that took my order over the phone was so kind, professional and helpful. The ordering process was super easy and fast. I had no idea that their amazing customer service would continue through to delivery but I am happily surprised. Had not use this florist before but I definitely will again for all floral needs. Patient loved the arrangement. Bright and beautiful!!! And didn't break the bank!
