Always goes above and beyond to provide the best! Kim is such a talented florist but even more than that, she gives personalized attention to her customers. We recently planned a funeral and Kim was so compassionate and thoughtful. She is definitely gifted and doing much more than simply supplying flowers for her customers. Two thumbs up and five stars!

I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with a order from Mum's the Word. This florist goes over and beyond to assist you. The staff is amazing! Everyone in there is so friendly and helpful. We just purchased a boutonnière for homecoming that was exactly what my daughter wanted for her boyfriend. I came into the shop right before closing time really in need of two desk-appropriate flower arrangements. The team was super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect flowers for "fall" themed bouquets. Really nice, great customer service and super happy with how they turned out :) thank you!
This place nailed it again. Beautiful arrangement ordered from Teleflora and I was able to select Mum's the Word Florist. I will never use anyone else. The arrangement was beautiful. Almost identical to the picture on the website; same vase, types of flowers and beautiful arrangement of the flowers. Keep up the good work you guys. You are my go-to florist from now on
This is the second time I have been here, they made a bouquet on the spot for my girlfriend for graduation and it came out perfect! She added a couple flowers I wanted and all at a great price! Definitely making this my go to flower shop! Thank you guys!

I have stopped in to this florist numerous times since moving to Fullerton last year. Service from the staff and quality of the flowers is always top notch, unbeatable. I highly recommend this florist for anything from a 20$ arrangement just to spruce up the house for the weekend to birthdays and celebrations. The flowers last WEEKS, look better and are better priced than grocery stores nearby. We will continue to support this local business for our floral needs!!
