It is very hard to know what you are buying or ordering when you live out of the state you are ordering to. I recently bought a funeral spray. I live in Texas and the funeral was in California. The standing spray was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. It was fresh and the color collection of the flowers was precise. I did end up flying there and when I saw the Spray it made my heart feel very satisfied. Thank you so much to "Mum's The Word" and Kim the stylish that made it all happen.
I am so pleased with the arrangement I ordered from Mums the Word Florist! I came to Mum's The Word last minute realizing that it was the week of my cousin's wedding and no one had arranged for her to have a bouquet. Even as a last minute order, Mum's was able to satisfy our hope for white peonies and red roses, the dream combo for my cousin. At pick up, the bouquet was placed in a wonderful vase with rocks and water to stabilize the ride to the venue. Everything about the experience was excellent. I choose an arrangement from the website and then called. I have had negative experiences with online flower delivery so I prefer to actually use a local florist when possible. The owner was through, professional and just plain nice. I called close to the delivery deadline for the day and they went out of their way to make the delivery on the same day. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend!
I was in need of a quick bouquet for my girlfriend and I happened to find Mum's on Yelp! Being a simple guy I'm not sure what flowers look good together. Luckily, I found Kim in the store and she made a beautiful bouquet for $30 that my girlfriend loved in under 5 minutes! Custom made to some specifics that I set. If you're ever in the Fullerton area, I'd highly recommend Mum's!
I was so sad because I was trying to do the delivery option via their website and I just couldn't But, I didn't wanna give up. I LOVE this florist!! They care about serving their customers! I called 30 minutes before closing in hopes of getting an arrangement delivered to St Jude's that same evening. Kim overheard the conversation and voiced, from the background, she could deliver it on her way home! I was ecstatic! Florists are often working with people who are emotionally charged with either concern or grief over a loved one to excitement or joy over an achievement or admiration. The flowers were delivered exactly as pictured and in a timely manner. My friend was very surprised and loved the flowers. I will totally use them again and will recommend them to my friends !
Ordered the "Bee Well" arrangement and it was really pretty! Very happy with the purchase!
