Every time I needed flowers in a pinch or next day delivery, Mum's has always been there when I needed them. I don't see going anywhere else.
Absolutely the kindest customer service. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my niece who lives in the area and the arrangement I ordered was unavailable but I promptly received a phone call to alter it. My niece received her beautiful flowers within hours. Thank you so much!
I am very pleased with the floral arrangement I ordered. I wasn't sure how it would turn out because after I decided on the bouquet online, I called and asked for different colors to be added. My niece was graduating from college and I wanted to add her university colors. I was so happy when I saw the final product. It was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I came here to purchase a corsage and boutonniere. They did such an amazing job. They were so helpful with picking a design.
I ordered a spray for my friend's memorial. Not only was I helped very courteously, but was treated as a welcome friend. The arrangement that was delivered correctly and on time was magns ificent. I had good luck using this florist when shipping flowers to Or v aegon. The arrangement that wase delivered matched what I had ordered. I recommend Mum's The Word to anyone who wants quality floral arrangements while being treated as a valued customer.
I place an order last night to deliver flowers to my aunt for her birthday. The arrangement was beautiful but rather small for the amount I had spent.
Nice staff and customer service however for $200 the arrangement I purchased looked sparse and not very full with flowers. Disappointing for such a beautiful shop in Fullerton.
I had placed an order online and found out that the forwarding address had changed! Yikes, my bad - but I called the florist and they made the change no problem :) so that beautiful arrangement will be going to the right address after all.....they got it just in time. Very friendly, courteous over the phone - I would highly recommend Mums! Maria W
