I can't believe my good luck. I called Mums the Word and I got Kathy. She was so helpful, made great suggestions and she obviously knows the flower arranging business. I've sent bouquets to other friends and this turned out to be exceptional service! Thank you Kathy!!

I was very happy with the gorgeous spray of flowers I ordered for my sister in laws funeral. Unfortuntely, I was not able to be there, however family sent me photos of what the flower spray looks like and it as BETTER than I had hoped for. My niece used the words the flowers were Stunning! So happy I ordered from Mums the Word and I will again in the future.

Mum's the Word saved me last minute for my bouquet needs when the florist I planned to go to swapped their hours the morning of. I walked in and chose a few flowers with the rest being up to the team! They warned me selection might be slim over the phone from a busy weekend of prepping, but the selection was still mighty and the bouquet came out so robust. The owner made sure to stay within my budget of $65 and did an impeccable job. Will definitely be keeping this florist in mind for future flower needs :)

I had no idea which florist to use for a memorial service in Fullerton so I asked a friend in that area and that is how I found Mum's the Word. From beginning to end the experience was flawless. I placed the order online and then called the shop just to be sure the flowers would be delivered to the church correctly. They could not have been nicer. We ordered a dozen red roses for a special occasion and they were absolutely beautiful. Seemed to get larger and more beautiful each day and last nearly 10 days. Thank you for the ease of ordering and extra care in preparing the bouquet.

I used Mum's The Word because I've driven past them a million times and I wanted to send some sympathy flowers. I ordered a new style of sympathy arrangement that had a unique concrete vase, which was perfect as the recipient is a contractor by trade and it fit him more than any other option would. This florist went above and beyond for me, I was very impressed. I had found a bouquet on their website I liked except I did not like the vase, so I called in to see if they could change it and they totally did! They also were able to add a bit more blue flowers, as this was for a mans funeral and I felt more blue just felt right.
