I am a former florist and will only use Donner for my floral needs! The flowers are fresh. They last up to three weeks if you change the water every other day! The women in the shop are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Donner also has amazing gifts (other then flowers) for the friend who has everything. There is a reason why Donner is one of the oldest businesses in Bend! They are amazing and have never disappointed!

I have never called another florist for flowers. Ever. I can always count on Donner Flower Shop to do an amazing bouquet. I have a very hard critic I send flowers to. And let me tell you, if she's happy, I am happy which in return has me writing this review for what I believe to be the most wonderful florist in Bend. Paula, obviously, an artist and a meticulous communicator, guided us through our wedding day and customized our arrangements to fit within our budget. So happy with the get well flowers sent to a friend. They were beautiful. I was purchasing from out of state and blindly picked a flower shop close to the address of my friend. I would highly recommend them.

I'm in California, and last night I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my best friend in Bend. She received them this morning and sent me a picture, and the arrangement was lovely. The online order process was so easy, and I received both an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation via email. Great communication, speedy delivery, would definitely use again!

I've been calling on Donner Flower Shop for nearly 20 years for all my flower delivery needs. In addition to great quality flowers and friendly customer service, what sold me was when about 15 years ago, I called late in the day for a 'same-day' delivery, the owner herself was happy to make the delivery herself on her way home from the shop. I absolutely love this company.

Simply the best flowers in central Oregon bar none. For nearly 30 years I've ordered flowers both in person and at a distance with both little planning at the last minute and far in advance. Once I called with less than an hour to have flowers presented by delivery! Wow! I am so very impressed by their customer service. I had a bad experience and a "lost order" by 1800Flowers for a Christmas bouquet. I called this florist on Christmas Eve not expecting them to be able to do much this late in the season. Not only was I greeted by a very friendly voice, but they were able to deliver a bouquet the same day and it was just as reasonably priced as my on line experience. I am beyond impressed!
