Top notch service, always with a smile, Donner Flower Shop is my go to place for flowers, seasonal decorations, and accessories. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Donner's for nearly a decade and they never disappoint.

I really enjoy coming here as I am always asking questions about what I should get. At Donner Flower Shop I get good answers from people who know what they are talking about and who have a genuine interest in there profession. They have a surprisingly large variety of flowers to choose from and I was able to pick up a really cool pot for my flowers. I will be coming back for indoor plants for the winter!

If my email gets through to Donner's Flower shop in Bend, I will be extremely pleased with Yelp. Donner's Flower Shop, in my opinion, has the most professional and personable staff who are incredibly helpful, patient and encouraging. Excellent customer service! I was very impressed with them. My boyfriend's mom received a surprise flower delivery for Valentine's Day and the red roses started to wilt and darken after only 4 days. She called them and they were more than willing to replace them. They delivered new roses to our house within a few hours of her call and included a hand written apology note with them. My son was getting married in Bend in August. Hosting the rehearsal dinner, I was at a disadvantage being so far away, and making all the arrangements long distance. I was at the mercy of an online flower service! I was worried about what I might end up with.
