Hands down the best flower shop in Central Oregon, which is likely why they've been around for decades. Always incredibly stunning arrangements with super fresh flowers that last for days. I feel disloyal going anywhere else.
I live out of the state and wanted to send last minute sympathy flowers to a friend in Bend. Donner's customer service was great. They answered all my questions over the phone and were patient with me. I had to call back and make a last minute change that I thought would be difficult, but they handled it very well. They delivered the flowers to my friend the next morning as promised. When they couldn't find the house number, the Donner delivery person called me right away and we figured it out together. My boyfriend sent me flowers yesterday. They were so beautiful I asked him what he said to Donner when he ordered them. He told them "I want to wow her". Let me tell you, these did it! I am amazed and definitely "wowed"!!! Thank you Donner Florist people- you made my day!
We moved from Colorado to Idaho a year ago, our daughter who lives in Bend got married in September. December they gave us the good news that she was pregnant. This week Baby arrived. Well I was out of town for a little work and a little Geocaching. I was having dinner in OKC and thinking about what I was going to do for our 40th wedding anniversary. Then the light went off and I called Donner Flower Shop early the next morning. Actually prior to opening time and the phone was answered.
