Donner Flower Shop rocks! A very close friend of ours, Gayle, had a hip replacement recently. I found Donner Flower Shop here on Yelp and called them directly. We spoke at length about how the arrangement needed to be EXTRA-SPECIAL for our bestie.... and they did not disappoint (see photo)! Lovely folks to deal with, we had to pivot and send the flowers to her home instead of the hospital (they get 'em right up and out these days!), and Donner switched gears easily. I do not write many reviews, but felt compelled to inform all of the outstanding service and care of Donner Flower Shop. We are not able to be near someone we love, so these wonderful people create beautiful pieces of joy that brighten their lives each month for us. They take care to make each and every on special, incorporating each message we send. If looking for someone to send a message through flowers, I highly recommend that you look no further. Thank you Donner staff for keeping my loved ones smiling!

Wonderful flowers my Sister said they were beautiful. They delivered the flowers and called me to say they were left on the doorstep and if that was not acceptable they would go back out and pick them up. Wonderful Customer Service. Will be my go to Florist in Bend.

I am so impressed with Donner Flower Shop (again)! I called for a very special delivery for a business grand opening and challenged them with an interesting theme. They came through beautifully, with a gorgeous arrangement!!! The recipients were so thrilled! Which made me thrilled!

Just love Donner flowers! They delivered absolutely gorgeous flower arrangements for my daughters' baby "sprinkle" after sharing a couple ideas about what we were looking for. Always great service, start to finish, and we're supporting a local business and their families. Highly recommend!

Bend's Best!!!. I'm still in awe as I write these words! I had the privilege to experience the most extraordinary act of customer service! Last week, I ordered 2 orchid leis from Donner Flowers for my daughter and nephew to wear at their high school graduation. There was a miscommunication about my order but the incredible owner Tanja was so determined to make it right that she called me an hour later and told me she'd personally be hand delivering the leis to my house first thing in the morning before the ceremony. What I d... read more
