Wonderful lovely customer service! I contacted them around 7:40 in the morning to see if I could by chance place a Same-day order to deliver at any time and they were able to turn around and customize a designer's choice bouquet and deliver it in less than two hours. Quite impressive! It was beautiful and it was perfect I can't thank you enough

I have to say, this company has always done the most amazing bouquets for my mom for her birthday's and Mother's Day. I sent flowers the other day to my sister, I put in the wrong address. Flowers were delivered to someone else...hopefully it made their day!! When I called and explained the situation the young lady I talked to was so amazing!! I've ordered flowers from Donner Flowers many times and they are always perfect. The flowers are always top quality and I've never had any issues with the deliveries. I will continue to only use Donner Flowers :)
The lady in there was so sweet. I told her I didn't have a whole lot of money, so she made me a super beautiful bouquet right before closing for a really good price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Their selection is awesome, and their bouquets are so beautiful!
I ordered flowers for delivery for a friend today and didn't have the correct delivery address and then got the correct address but didn't communicate the correct suite to the delivery driver.....long story short, the flowers got there but not without a lot of confusion and back and forth on my end.
