I visited Bend last year for work and spent a few months there. I have since left - but continue to call the best florist in Bend - Donner Flower Shop. Every time a friend needs a "pick-me-up" or I want to celebrate from afar - I call Donner Flower Shop. They are always attentive, efficient ...and most importantly they make BEAUTIFUL arrangements. The owner was so gracious and kind. It was my friends birthday, and living five hours away, another shop order I had made had fallen through and I was searching for somewhere last minute, and found this shop; where I wish I would have seen initially! She was closing soon, but had offered and gone out of her way to not only put together the flowers, but deliver them on her way home, which was entirely out of the way. I appreciate her hospitality and kindness so so much. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good about Donner Flowers. I forgot my daughter-in-law's birthday and in desperation contact Donner's around midnight asking if it was possible for them to deliver flowers the next day even though their website said it would be two days before it could be delivered. Tonight I got an email from them saying that the arrangement and chocolate was delivered as I had hoped. I'm beyond grateful. This is the sort of service you get from an independent business. Excellent customer service. I worked with a gal named Emily who accommodated My order very short notice because my plans fell through and I was going to receive my wedding flowers too late. Oddly enough my flowers showed up right after I went with plan B and paid for my order. I called Emily back and she gave me a refund. I am impressed with the integrity of this company and allowing me a refund and giving me well wishes for my wedding day. I will gladly use this shop in the future! The prices were very fair!

I called from out of state for an arrangement to be delivered locally in Bend. With just a few descriptive words, they nailed exactly what I was hoping for! The flowers were high quality, and the arrangement was beautiful!
