I called Donner Flowers in need of bouquets, boutonnières, and table arrangements for our wedding this December at Sunriver Resort. I only had 3 weeks before our wedding to find someone to do our arrangements, all while i was in California. But Dawn really exceeded my expectations. She was able to work everything out perfectly & i loved the arrangements soooo much. Thank you so much Donner!

I recently got married in Sunriver as a destination wedding Dawn from Donner Flower Shopping created gorgeous bouquets and boutonnières. They were perfect and they were able to work within the budget we set, all while I was in California. Thank you very much! I will post pictures soon.

I was getting married in Bend on a budget, but had dreams of gorgeous ruffly flowers for my bouquet and centerpieces. I researched a lot of the trendy and fashionable flower places in Bend and most wedding packages started at $2,500 which was more than I'd budgeted. I was very disappointed with this arrangement. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I wanted a "happy arrangement." I added that I wanted bright Spring/ Summer flowers. I shared that the arrangement was for someone who lost a family member and I didn't want it to look "funeral like." I just spoke to the manager and I was disheartened how she did not hear what I was telling her. I sincerely hope the woman behind the counter was the owner of the shop and not an employee. Anyone who can feel that empowered to treat a customer like she did yesterday should not be drawing a paycheck. I am from Hawaii visiting Bend and some friends who I met in the islands. All I asked her to do was check the price on a Ginger flower. Yes, she had to stop what she was doing but when $10 was too much, she did everything but snarl at me. I don't recommend. I ordered flowers by phone to be delivered to my wife for her birthday. My wife loves surprises. I thought everything was good until my wife called me and told me that they had called her to confirm the address for her flower delivery. I was shocked, so I called them and asked to talk to who was in charge. I spoke with a Tonya. I explained what happened, and I was informed that, "that was just their policy, because of the weather. I have been using Donner Flower Shop for 30 years. I admit that I am particular when ordering high end flowers at high end prices. I have probably sent 3 arrangements back during this time. Sometimes they were "refreshed" out of the cooler. I can tell this by looking at the bottom of the vase which reveals less than fresh. Recently, Doris and her daughter, Tanya, advised me to purchase my flowers at Safeway. I would prefer Trader Joe's. I have given them time to apologize, which has not happened. I stopped in here to pick up some single stems for a bouquet I was making for a girlfriend. I walked in and a girl looked at me, didn't say anything and then went to the back. I waited a few more minutes and then a girl came out of the back and asked what I needed. I told her and she went and got another woman.
