I have family who live in the area and I have ordered multiple times. Every time the recipient is thrilled with the flowers. The deliveries are prompt and courteous, and the customer service is exceptional. Don't hesitate to use them if you need gorgeous, unique flowers delivered in the bend area.

Super service! Needed a flower delivery at a specific time and while they didn't promise they could make my timeline work exactly, they did and to perfection! Definitely recommend!
Although their website said the flowers I ordered on Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) could not be delivered until Friday (the day after Thanksgiving), I noted in the comments that I understood it was last-minute but if they could deliver same-day it would be amazing. Not only did they deliver same-day, but my sister said the floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I decided not to use an online flower service this time when I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law. I looked for a 5* florist in Bend where she lives. Donner had the most positive reviews. Thank you Donner Flower Shop, beautiful and perfect! I've ordered flower bouquets twice (on line orders) from Donner Flowers and both time the flowers were beautiful. They have a great selection to choose from and they provided front door delivery, and the second bouquet we picked up from the store. Both were on time and ready as requested.
