This is such nonsense. The owner flat out lied and said the flowers were delivered to the office. That did not happen. You can be assured the rental office will totally confirm that!I've had enough of this nonsense! Not only did they fail to follow delivery instructions they lie about it. They messed up with the flowers and they acted like I was at fault and being difficult ! Keep in providing this type of customer service and you'll have no customers!

OMG. the woman who answers this phone is rude! I asked what she was going to do with my personal information and she acted like I had no right to ask. She started talking to me like I had done something wrong! Really sad customer service.
I was looking forward to working with donner for my upcoming wedding. I made an appt about 3 weeks in advance for a consultation. Day of I called to confirm and they said there was nothing on the books and were closing at 3pm... The time of my appt. the lady was nice and apologetic, but I will look elsewhere. I would hate to have them just happen to not have my wedding on the books either and be flower less day of. Too bad
Florist was friendly, but boutonniere was twice as much as another place in town. : (
