This place is terrible! We ordered three Mother's Day bouquets and the flowers that did arrive were dead within 48 hours. The debacle of this entire process included the wrong order, incorrect spelling on cards, missing cards, delivery at 10:00PM and just flat out the worst customer service ever. I buy flowers all the time and I can say that I will never use them again. Please do yourself a favor and use anyone else.

I received an expensive arrangement of flowers for Mother's Day from my daughter and her husband. They were delivered the Thursday before Mother's Day, after 8 pm. Before 8 pm the next day, half the flowers were dead, and by Mother's Day, it was in the trash. I was going to call Abondale on Saturday, but then read that they only have a 24 Hour Guarantee? That tells me that they know the flowers they send out are sub-par and won't last but 24 hours, at the most! I can get flowers with a lot less expense at Safeway Grocery, an... read more

Worst "policies" ever. Received flowers at work for Valentine's day. 12 hours later they were all dead. I called the florist and explained to them what had happened. The lady said they would replace them however they would only do it at the place where they were delivered. Being off for 2 days I'm not wasting my gas for a awful product. My husband order a 50.00 bouquet through FTD. This florist is over an hour away from where it was to be delivered. The flowers were not fresh and just looked they were thrown in the vase. Not sure why FTD uses such a place.

Horrible service!! Called to cancel my order and was yelled at repeatedly. I asked to speak to the manager and turns out she was the manager. Never ordering from here again and we not recommend to anyone.

This a very unprofessional business. Don't try and call for details on an online order (although their confirmation states you can call them with any questions) you may get yelled at, "DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT!" It was rude and uncalled for I cancelled my order. Oh and talking to the manager is a joke, she doesn't give a damn. The previous reviews aren't wrong! Don't even bother giving them a chance.

I ordered a beautiful lily arrangement from FTD and the flowers that I got from Abandale Florist are nothing like the arrangement I ordered, even the vase was a different one. My daughter loves lilies so that is why I ordered this arrangement and none of the lilies are open and they don't look like they will open anytime soon. Also some of the flowers are already wilting and have brown edges and I just got the order last night. My step daughter in another state every year orders flowers from FTD for me. For some reason this store was selected. They are 1 hr away from where I live. They left a note in my door saying a delivery attempt was made and to call them. When I called I was told they would not make another delivery and if I wanted the flowers I had to pick them up. Husband ordered through FTD for Mother's Day and unfortunately, ended up with Abandale' Florist. The lavender roses he ordered were not the right color and they died the first day. Their ridiculous 24 hr guarantee, can you imagine only a 24 hr guarantee??? - well now I know why. I called to tell them and was told a new dozen would be sent out Monday.
