Ordered the standing cane cross with flowers for a funeral. It was not like the picture and had half the number of canes. Poorly made and not what they represented in the picture. Expensive and misleading. Do not use them.

Birthday flowers were sent to me by a friend from Virginia ...I was delayed getting home from a trip and asked a friend to pick up the flowers from my house ...She apparently called and asked them to deliver the flowers on the day I was returning. They did at an additional charge of $10.00 !!! I ordered a dozen gladiolas, a card, and a balloon for a friend using Ava's Flowers. I had no idea Abandale Florist would actually make the arrangement and deliver it. Only a half dozen flowers arrived in the arrangement. The bow was the wrong color, the flowers were not the colors I was told were available, the card was missing, and the balloon was missing. Just received an arrangement from my sister to my mother for "Mothers Day". Will tell her not to use them anymore. Most of the flowers look half dead.

Nasty Service!! I ordered my mother her Mother's Day floral arrangement from this company and she got sent a nasty message from the delivery driver calling her a "moron" for no apparent reason, we followed up with the owner who denies the claim. Do not buy from here!!!!

Don't ever order here. My child's Godmother placed an order here for her birthday. It was done via a call centre. It was supposed to be a happy birthday balloon Bouquet 10 Childrens cute balloons. We got a Happy retirement. Half the balloons were flat within 4 hours. I called and asked for assistance. The lady I spoke to was lovely. The manager on the other hand has spent over an hour this evening sending abusive messages to my 10 year old child after we sent photos to him of there awful work. Way to go Abandale. T... read more

I ordered an arrangement called "Artist's Design : Pink and Green Delight" for my brother and sister-in-law who just adopted a girl. My brother sent me a picture of the bouquet that was delivered, and the sparse arrangement contained three yellow flowers and three pink flowers. I called the customer service line at Avas Flowers, who handle customer inquiries/complaints, and said they had spoken with Abandale Florist and they would not replace the arrangement. DO NOT USE. Roses were sent to my mom for her birthday, spent over $100 and they arrived wilted and one was broken and stuffed in the middle of the arrangement. Did not provide the color of roses I requested. Flowers were dead in 2 days. When I called to get the problem resolved, they were so rude and unprofessional. Will never use again and neither will my friends and family and hopefully they will spread the word.

Delivered a day late, claiming nobody was home, which was not true.... and the order was nothing close to what I ordered. Just don't do it! You will regret it. Their customer service was nothing short of horrible. They did not offer to replace the flowers, but said they could come get them and credit my card...,the day before Thanksgiving.
