Terrible. A pic of what I ordered and what delivered included. This florist is a SCAM operation. I am very dissatisfied and embarrassed my mother received these for her Birthday. She attempted to get this matter resolved herself and was apparently chastised by the woman she spoke with. Horrible customer service!!!

My mom ordered flowers to be sent to me vis Terrysflorist.com, she ordered a premium Peachy Keen bouquet. The flowers were delivered by Abandale florist. They weren't what my mom ordered. I called Abandale and told them what happened. The person I spoke with repeated to me what the computer order from Terry's florist was and it was not the bouquet my mom ordered. Terrible terrible customer service. Woman on the phone has an awful attitude, find a new job if you hate it so much there!! Had to cancel a delivery because they were playing games and couldn't deliver to the correct place.

I ordered my girlfriend flowers through FromYouFlowers.com. They used this florist to fill the order. The order was supposed to have White Roses and White Asiatic Lillies. The order was filled with White Carnations and White Mums or something. Hardly what I paid $70.00 for. Fortunately FromYouFlowers.com is going to reorder from another florist. Sorry... did not receive flowers that resembled the online descriptions. They were already starting to turn brown. The delivery person was clueless about the CDC rules. No mask, no gloves, no social distancing. Came right up to door requesting a signature and I had to instruct them to put the clipboard down with the flowers, step back and I'll sign the receipt and then they can pick up the board. They deserve a second chance, buy I think they are going downhill rapidly.

Just saw an arrangement that came from here. All the flowers were wilted same day as delivery and this ship did not do anything to rectify the situation but were rude.

This is what the flowers look when I receive them. I called and Manager was so rude. Refuse to give me my money back. So we went ahead and called the bank to get our money back I am not paying for dead flowers.

My son who lives in Oregon sent my wife a Mother's day bouquet via FTD. FTD in turn sourced the flowers via Abandale Florist. The bouquet arrived yesterday and upon watering the base she noticed they were extremely wilted and petals were falling due to excessive dryness. She immediately phoned Abandale's as the attached card indicated a 24 hour freshness guarantee. She spoke to Kelly the store manager who turned out to be condescending and rude. This florist is a total waste of time and money. My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day and they arrived on Monday afternoon. For $80, this is the biggest pile of false advertising I've ever seen. There is absolutely no resemblance to the lovely picture that guided her choice, the bouquet she thought I would receive was lovely, an array of pastels and a huge variety of different blooms.
