This flower shop failed to refund my elderly and disabled mother for flowers she purchased that were wilted upon arrival. Do not order from this business as you will be out money and you will be disappointed.

I would give a less star if I could. Run while you can and get your flowers order somewhere else anywhere else. What I ordered was not what I got. I order cactus in a terra cotta pot and got succulents in a small wooden box and what I would have considered and less valued arrangement. Sorry I didn't read more of the reviews. Before I placed the order. I read the first one which conveniently is a great review. The ones after it were in similar results that I got. Very very poor service. I would not give this establishment even a 1-star if I had the choice. Dear friends from out of state sent me a Mother's Day arrangement through FTD and the order was routed through Abandale Florist. When the flowers arrived many of them were dead and hanging, there were stems that had only the filaments, there was a three petal star gazer lily (unique), and knowing what flowers cost these days, I took pictures to let my friend know. If I could I would give this a "Negative Five Star" rating. We were a few blocks from home when I received a call from the delivery man, so I told him to leave the flowers by the front door. What I found at the door was a bouquet of roses. Three large roses which were half way decent and numerous small pink roses that were starting to drooping, brown at the edges and appeared to be dying as can be seen in attached photos. This florist was selected by fromyouflowers.com to fulfil my order. They delivered the ugliest, skimpiest bouquet of badly chosen dead and half dead flowers, not even remotely resembling the $55 ROSE & LILY CELEBRATION I had ordered on the fromouflowers.com website. Speaking to the manager of Abandale brought about neither a remedy nor an apology. I don't even know where to start. I placed my order for same day delivery. They threw a slew of excuses my way as to why it wasn't delivered, about how the person wasn't home, which was a lie. They also said they contacted the person, which was another lie, because my contact info was the one listed and I didn't get a single call or email. also known as J&J Events and Floral Company owned and operated by someone called Kelly.. I was delivered a bouquet looking like a 3 year old had put it together.. It was from My Sister who lives in Canada.. when I sent her a picture of what arrived she was really upset and I don't blame her.. it came with 4 roses suppose to be 6 or more a bow that looked like a child had made it.. Save yourself and just go to Costco. The arrangement sent was dead within 24 hours. The first person I spoke with told me she could not do anything about it. The owner will be in after 2:00 pm. Called back she was not there, took my name and number and they will call back. No return call. Tried calling again and the number rang until it disconnected. Somebody Sent me flowers on Saturday from Abandale Florist, and they never even lasted over 24 hours. I called to let them know but I wasn't within the 24 hour time period. I had spent the day in the Emergency Room, so I wasn't feeling very good during this time. I will not recommend this florist to friends or family. When I called them to let them know, they were not even interested enough to look up my order. Sheesh!
