Absolutely the worst florist experience of my lifetime. I sent my mother flowers for her birthday. I had to pay 2.99 no big deal extra to get it there same day. My order with fromyouflowers.com said that I had 3 hours and thirty minutes to place my order to have it delivered same day. I placed it then. I trusted it would be delivered. Absolutely AWFUL florist. I received a Teleflora Lilly & Rose bouquet a DAY late and was half dead upon arrival. Immediately called the florist.....three times....no answer during business hours....then finally got an answer. They said they would send the driver back to pick up the bouquet ......I'm still waiting...... I reported ABANDALE FLORIST to Teleflora......they weren't any help either. DO NOT USE ABANDALE FLORIST. There are many fabulous florists in Tucson that deserve the business.

Why do they have a satisfaction guarantee if they don't honor it? I called the owner Lisa and complained about a bouquet of Sunflowers that my wife received today and instead of making good on the order, all I received were excuses. The flowers are essentially dead, drooping toward the ground. I wish I could include a pic. I would be embarrassed if I was a florist and produced this poor or a product. While waiting for FTD.COM to answer their phones, I decided to search out reviews. Apparently my mom's delivery is not the only one with issues. The flowers appeared as though they had been dumped over a tossed back into the vase. They lasted one day. I will be urging FTD to drop any relationship with this business.

Our daughter in Ohio sent us a floral arrangement for Easter. When they arrived, the roses were OLD and the floral leaves on the lilies were broken off. Will report them to ProFlowers so these people get no business from them.

Scamers and thieves ! I ordered flowers for a funeral from here on their web page, I spent alot because i wanted to make sure I got big full beautiful arrangements, they were 2 sprays.. they were sparse and the flowers were very small in both of them, definitely not what I paid for! That was back in September... it is now December a week before Christmas and they have just put thru my credit card again for the same charges! They had already been paid in full... trying to sneak charges in during the Christmas season thin... read more

How is it that this florist is still in business?? My aunt ordered a lovely little arrangement of rosebuds and white lilies for my mom's 80th birthday. Except. Every one of the lilies was wilted and brown around the edges. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for 5 minutes. They told me they would bring out a "fresh" arrangement the next day. First they come a day early.. Then the arrangement is not fresh.. They call them self florist... Not hardly... Would not recommend going to them......Had to put one star to get comment into Yelp..They are definitely in the minus category.....

I have never dealt with a more dishonest company. I ordered two items through FTD.com for Mother's Day. The items delivered were no where near what I ordered. Not only were the colors different, but so were the flowers. Roses were replaced with carnations and, in addition, the arrangments were dead within two days. This company is deceitful and was contacted by FTD during normal business hours on three occassions. Each time, conveniently, there was no answer at the florist.
