Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not ever use this florist. I received flowers on Saturday for Mother's Day and they were awful. They were tulips and only two tulips have opened because the rest were wilted and dying. Awful. Truly awful.
My Mother's Day flowers were just delivered, and I am absolutely appalled ! First of all, this florist is about 30-40 minutes away from us (We live on the Far East Side), and the flowers were brought in a glass vase with NO water. It is hot today, and the stems are completely dried out. I am sure that my daughter did not order this bouquet. She is overly generous, and also, has lots of flair. Recieved my Mothers Day flowers yesterday and they wilted today,not good and not even close to what Proflowers sends. Forget local
Horrible I ordered the flowers via ProFlowers.com, it was fulfilled by Abandale Florist. The flowers were delivered late Monday, they were not even close to the picture on ProFlowers. By Thursday, they were completely wilted, falling over. I sent an email to ProFlowers - let them know, they offered me a 25% credit back. I sent and email back saying that was unacceptable and wanted them replaced. I got a response saying I had to notify them within 2 days. This florist is being used by on-line florists such as "For You Flowers" -- so beware if you are sending anything to anyone in Tucson if they are using Abandale "florist"! Their "store" is by all the junkyards and industrial waste disposal areas of Tucson, and: 1) they made no attempt to deliver on the actual day of delivery, a birthday; 2) when the delivery was missed the next day, they did not answer their telephone during their stated business hours, their phone kicked over to a call center at 5:01 pm., and this center c... read more
By far the worst experience I have had with any florist in my entire life! I placed a valentines order via FTD.COM for a $60 bouquet of flowers for my wife. FTD submitted the order to Abandale Florist to fill and deliver my order, which they did. However, what they delivered is less than acceptable, this flower arrangement looks like it was assembled by a team of 5th grade boys! I wish I could input a photo of what terrible of a job they did. If I could give this place less than one star I would. I ordered a potted plant for my Mother's Birthday. I placed the order 2 days prior to my requested delivery date. The flowers did not come on my mom's birthday. I called and told them, they didn't even apologize, they just said they would send it again the next day.
