I received a flower bouquet along with a box of Godiva. When I opened the box, all pieces are melted. I put the box in the refrigerator hoping they would be still edible. After I tasted a piece and found it did not taste right, I looked at the package. The expiration date was 5 months ago. I called the florist and they told me they could replace with a box of Russell. I ordered a beautiful Best Cherry Blossom Bouquet for my daughter's birthday. I had a 20% off coupon. Abandale Florist delivered a Good and says they only got money for a good so that is what they delivered. The person I spoke to at Abandale would only keep saying that's all the money they got so that's what they sent. They didn't send best because I didn't pay for best!

I wish I could have read the reviews or new who was delivering my flowers ahead of time. I really think they have a good scam going on at this point. I ordered my parents these flowers for there 33 Wedding anniversary. I was very particular on what flowers I wanted for them and thoughtful in my choice. I loved the arrangement I chose. Abandale Florist has very poor customer service. My partner arranged to have a bouquet delivered to me this past weekend, but there was a mistake with the address/phone number, which resulted in the driver and I missing each other. When I called the following day to make alternate arrangements, I was very rudely received by the florist (whose name, unfortunately, I did not get). I received a phone call while I was eating out with my family. I did not answer, but listened to the voicemail after. It was Abandale asking me if I could meet at the Visitor's Center since they did not have base access. I called back after lunch and said I would be able to meet in 10-15 minutes. I was advised they were close to the base and I could just come pick them up and was given the address. I put the address in GPS (we recently moved here) and found it would take 26 minutes not including lights and traffic. It ... read more

My mom ordered a pretty large arrangement for $70 and received 6 roses and 3 carnations thrown into a vase... The woman who she spoke with on the phone at Abandale Florist was very rude and told my mom that she was "being insulting" even though my mom was not happy with what she received.

My poor mom had the misfortune of sending me birthday flowers from this horrible shop. She called them to inform them that she did not get what she paid for ($70) and they had the audacity to tell her that she was "being insulting". DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I ordered a Christmas centerpiece through Teleflora for my elderly Mom. Abandale was the vendor they used. I paid extra for the 'premium' amount of flowers. What arrived was a joke. It was 1/3 the size of what I ordered, had the wrong candle, was the wrong shape, had the wrong flowers- it was embarrassing! I called Teleflora and sent them pictures. DO NOT USE! Lowest review I have ever in my life had to do. I get the bad product but the condescending argumentative rude and disgusting customer service skilled or lack of, manager gets the rest! One star because they dont have negative 200 stars! They delivered a very expensive bouquet for our anniversary. I saw the flowers 3 hours after they had been delivered.
